We are able to make referrals for children and adults to a Specialist Psychiatrist to discuss medication for:
We provide an individual and couples therapy service with a specialist clinician. This can be in-person subject to availability and/or online. This service is available for clients who have been through our assessment service only. Therapeutic approaches used include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and cognitive analytic therapy (CAT).
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours.
Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) is a structured, time-limited talking therapy that focuses on understanding and changing unhelpful patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, particularly in relationships.
Our clinicians will provide an initial assessment session to collaboratively understand your difficulties and agree on what type of therapy would be appropriate, and how many sessions are likely to be required.
Our clinicians provide an in-person or online consultation service for any challenges or questions relating to neurodivergence. This is available to anyone; our previous clients, people who have been diagnosed elsewhere and anyone waiting for assessment or are self-diagnosed. This service may be helpful for parents to get advice around specific areas of difficulty such as:
Our clinicians provide in-person or online school-specific support to parents and children/young people. After an initial consultation meeting, the clinician will meet with the school SENCO and parents to discuss support suitable for the school environment. This may be helpful where there are concerns about a child’s learning, emotions or behaviour and specialist support and advice is required.
Our Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapists bring extensive expertise and experience across a wide range of areas, including early communication development, support for children who are minimally speaking, Gestalt Language Processing, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), Developmental Language Disorder, and fluency needs.
We take a collaborative, family-centred approach, working closely with you and your child to create a personalised therapy programme. Each plan is carefully designed with clear objectives, realistic timescales, and measurable outcomes, ensuring progress is meaningful, targeted and tailored to your child’s individual strengths and needs.
